There is no doubt that education quality decline is an concerning area as a result of its importance and impact on many other aspects of society. It is generally believed that education quality have dropped recently in terms of reading, writing and calculating competence. In this essay, I will elaborate the issue's root and try to suggest some possible solutions.

Firstly, as a consequence of exessive dominance by mobile technology equiqment, children are supposed to be lazy of using their own thinking. Instead of reading story or writing a letter or for friends in special events, children are familiar with watching television for entertainment and using telephone to connect to their friend. Besides, mobile phone is widely used in majority of children, which could resposible for the lack of mathematic skill because it normally ingrates a calculation program inside. To tackle with the issue, parent and school should limit the technology using of pupil at the primary level, encourge them to make reading, writing and self calculation a positive habit.

The second reason is that the habit of pursuing outperformance goals is widely believed over majority of people. Consequently, schools , parents and education authorities have been trying to achieve unrealistic targets eventhough it may lead to some negative actions or corruptions of education system such as mitigating teaching standard, cheating in examination, frabricating reports. When it comes to a solution, We should raise the integrity level of students, schools and authorities in both attitude and decipline. As a result, the right perception of integrity help people to have clear mindset of pursuing education quality instead of unrealistic targets. Furthermore, a tie decipline with purnishment mechanism is the key enforcement to keep people following up higher standard in long term.

To sum up, an action plan against the current low education level of numberacy and literacy should be taken as soon as possible to limit its negative impact. In terms of helping young generation to improve their competences of calculation and reading, writing, We hope that authority will reform at the earliest.
